The primary purpose of the Physical Therapist  is to guide the patient and other staff involved in all facets of the patient care process.  The Physical Therapist, under the direction of the Clinical Director, is expected to be a leader to Physical Therapy Assistants and Clinical Technicians and set an example for them to follow in the areas of patient care and management, customer service, documentation and billing, facility appearance, and adherence to and respect for company policies and procedures.  The Physical Therapist must be a sound communicator and provide others with the information necessary to do their jobs. Florida licensure required.

Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
2. Current State of Florida Licensure as a US or Foreign Trained Physical Therapist by either Examination or
     Endorsement

The primary purpose of the Physical Therapy Assistant is to assist an authorized Registered Physical Therapist in guiding the patient and other staff members involved in the patient care process. The Physical Therapy Assistant position exists to improve the lives of patients by decreasing pain, increasing mobility and improving function. The Physical Therapy Assistant is expected to provided hands on, one-on-one expert care under the direction of the Physical Therapist in order to address the patient’s primary functional limitation, comply with prescribed plan of care frequency and duration, and complete a formal discharge.

 The primary purpose of the Maintenance Worker is to develop, implement and execute a system of preventative and corrective maintenance to ensure the safety and full operating capability of the company’s facilities and equipment.

Minimum Qualifications
1. High school diploma/GED
2. 2-4 years of experience as a maintenance helper, apprentice or intern.
3. Ability to troubleshoot equipment that would be found in an office environment (i.e. HVAC systems, electricity,

Primary Responsibilities
1. Inspects and maintains electrical and plumbing at all facilities.
2. Repair and replacement of minor areas of drywall damage.
3. Installs new or repaired parts.
4. Minor janitorial duties throughout the working day.
5. Records repairs made and costs.
6. Estimates costs of repairs.
7. Coordinates, schedules, supervises, and approves repairs and maintenance completed by external vendors.

The primary purpose of the Clinical Technician is to assist the authorized Clinical Director, Physical Therapist and Physical Therapy Assistant in improving the lives of patients by decreasing pain, increasing mobility and improving function. In addition, paraprofessional work including routine office cleaning, laundry, and other tasks assigned by a supervisor will be a part of the daily work routine. If appropriately certified, there is the opportunity to provide private massage or personal training during regularly scheduled business hours.

The primary purpose of the Corporate Driver is to deliver materials and messages that help develop strong relationships with referral sources, physicians, customers, patients and the communities in which we provide physical therapy and wellness services. Specific duties will vary from day to day but will typically include delivery of promotional and education materials to physicians, community, and company offices; assistance in the execution of physician, community, and company seminars and meetings; pick up and delivery of snacks and meals for physicians, community, and company offices. 4. Make deliveries by maintaining correct knowledge of destinations and concerned contacts
5. Maintain log of businesses with our marketing materials
6. Promote our professional and wellness/elective services through the delivery of materials and the scheduling of
     appointments, meetings and/or seminars with one of our clinicians or officers
7. Pick up and deliver snacks and meals to community events and company events
8. Assist in the execution of community and company seminars and meetings
9. Actively participate in all team trainings, organizational meetings, and quality assurance sessions

Physician Focused Corporate Driver:

The Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for the accurate and timely preparation and submission of individual medical  billing information to third party payers and patients ensuring compliance with jurisdictional guidelines, state fee structures, and client specific guidelines.  This role assists in the administration of special programs for financially needy clients. Additionally, when working at a clinical site, this role will assume receptionist duties.

Primary Responsibilities
Follow Patient Care Coordinator Policies & Procedures for all job duties, including but not limited to Activations, Reception and Back Office Activities.

Billing Emphasis
1. Accurately post payments received
2. Work closely with clinical staff to give feedback and advice on how to improve quality of information submitted 
     for claims
3. Assist therapist in completion of billing charges as needed
4. Send Medical records request out in a timely manner
5. Bill all encounters correctly within 24 hours
6. Print paper claims and attached any necessary documents
7. Follow live to ensure all patients are setup correctly with correct insurance
8. Enter encounters for Add on services

Collections Emphasis
1. Track submitted claim denials, submit appeals where warranted and follow-up with paying agency in a timely
     manner
2. Send monthly statements to patients with unpaid balances
3. Check status of attorney liens monthly
4. Manage attorney liens with CEO
5. Accurately post payments received
6. Make daily deposits to bank account
7. Check mail daily
